Our Focus Areas

Our focus areas—Economic Mobility, Housing Stability, and Homeless Services—guide everything we do. They inform the programs and services we offer to ensure we stay aligned with our mission, vision, and the evolving needs of our community. Like a Venn diagram, these areas overlap and connect, allowing us to provide comprehensive support that meets individuals and families where they are and helps them build a more stable future.

Economic Mobility

Economic Mobility refers to a person’s ability to move out of poverty and experience long-term stability by achieving growth in the pillars of well-being, family life, career & education, and finances.

Housing Stability

Housing Stability encompasses critical services that keep our neighbors stably housed, prevent utility disconnections and evictions, curb food insecurity, and ensure access to life-saving medications.

Homeless Services

Homeless service programs are designed to address the needs of individuals and families at various stages of homelessness by providing essential services to meet immediate needs while supporting long-term stability and providing opportunities for upward mobility.
