Inclement weather will be monitored closely and communication will be sent via email and posted on our social media platforms at least 1 hour before the event if a postpone is required. A makeup date will be communicated. No refunds will be issued for weather postpone.

Yes, tickets can be purchased on behalf of another party or transferred in the case that the ticket purchaser cannot attend. We will require a ticket to be presented at check in. If you know ahead of time who your guests are, you can email our team at development@united-ministries.org so we can update the register and ensure a smooth check-in process.

If tickets are transferred it is the expectation of United Ministries that the ticket purchaser shares all relevant information with the new party.

As this is a fundraiser event with limited capacity we will not be issuing refunds for any tickets purchased. If a purchaser if not able to attend they may transfer the ticket to a new party – see information above.

While we cannot ensure that photos will not be taken of you, if you opt-out we will ensure that images of your likeness will be blurred, altered, or not used for any purpose.
